This is my 2nd time ordering vegan pizza from Pizzeria Halt, and they did not disappoint! The flavors were delicious for both pizzas. I asked for extra pesto, and they delivered. Their vegan pizzas are truly delicious and flavorful. I'll be back to try more on the menu!
Customer service was friendly and recommendations were excellent. Took my vegan son and his girlfriend to pizza. We ordered a regular pizza and a vegan one. I was skeptical about the taste of the vegan one but it was delicious. All the flavors were tasty. Pizza was fresh and hot. I would return, I would also eat a vegan pizza again too. There were tables to sit and eat, good selection of beverages. I liked the variation of toppings offered for the pizzas. It was a unique pizza place compared to your basic usual pizzeria. I recommend you try this place, don't let the vegan label turn you away.

Very yummy half and half 14 inch pizza - half paneer tandoor and half spinach and mushroom pesto. Super good! Crust was soft had mild flavor. I loved the tandoori side better and my wife preferred the pesto side, which makes sense bc each of us ordered the side we ended up liking better. The staff were attentive and kind with explaining everything / customer service. Would eat here again and ask for a bit more tandoori sauce on the side next time.
The most amazing pizza you will ever have! The vegan options are delicious. My nephew had his birthday recently and he specifically requested pizza from Pizzeria Halt. He let us know months in advance this is the pizza he wanted served on his special day. We ordered both vegan and non-vegan options and we got rave reviews from the party attendees. Everyone who had the vegan option was delighted. We didn't tell them it was vegan until after! Ha and they were pleasantly surprised. Our guests asked where we got the pizza and we let them know so more people can enjoy this great pizza. The staff at the restaurant is also wonderful and kind and even generous. You can see the walls of the place with great health advice and many awards for their great food. Highly recommend!
I love a good pizza but due to some diet restrictions and just a general passion for wanting to eat and be healthier I thought Pizza was totally off the menu..... And then I found this gem! Completely vegan/plant based and even gluten free pizza! Wow! I'm impressed! I've already tried the Chicken Chipotle, Chicken Pesto and their Spicy Green pizzas (Chicken is a tofu alternative and could have fooled me) Amazing! Delicious and while it's not the exact same to the real thing, It's one hell of a close runner up and satisfies my pizza urge! And completely guilt free! Folks! Give them a shot! We need to keep places like this in business! Also you can tell they are passionate about what they do so ask questions and try different things! Thank you Pizzeria Halt! Appreciate what you have done here! My family enjoys your food and you have repeat customers for sure!
First off I gotta say the food is great!! Very tasty! I had the tandoori and the artichoke one. I preferred the tandoori while my family loved the artichoke. Now, I have to also comment on the customer service. I was making a stop at the urgent care when I was discussing what's for dinner with my boyfriend. We are all vegan 90% of the time. I looked up to see a sign saying vegan pizza!! It was literally meant to be. However, I was hesitant and felt like it was too good to be true so I went inside and grilled the men lol. "Are you sure there's no animal products in anything"? And "it says cheese but thats plant based right"? The man I spoke with was super patient and answered all my questions. I love that more vegan options are coming to the valley. Even if you're not vegan they have other pizza options but don't knock the vegan pizza until you try it!
For a vegan option of pizza.. one of the best I've had. Guy manning the counter was terrific. Very helpful, and made 8 pizzas by himself in like 20 minutes.

Yesterday was my six year veganniversary and it was a pleasure to dine on pizza from Pizzeria Halt! I went with their recommended favorite, Chipotle Chicken and my wife had a custom vegetable pizza (based on the Chicken BBQ) that you can see pictured. They were so filling they've lasted us two meals already and we'll polish them off tonight. It's hard to recommend improvements but if anything a fully custom pizza option would be welcome. I just wish they had a Lathrop branch!
